Uzbekistan plans to build and reconstruct almost 2.7 thousand km of road until the end of 2019

Almaty. September 28. Silkroadnews - Until the end of 2019, Uzbekistan plans to build and reconstruct 2699.8 km of roads, reports the News Agency of Uzbekistan (UzTAG).
"Most of the work assigned for asphalt coating - 2281.3 km and cement concrete pavement - 418.5 km. It is also planned to build 350 m of bridge, 7 road junctions and overpasses, part of the Uzbek national highway",- said in a statement.
By the end of this year, builders are going to master the construction and reconstruction of roads for 1.54 trillion soums, of which 1.1 trillion soums allocated the National Road Fund and 440.2 billion soums - international credit and financial institutions.
In addition, will be provided commissioning of 37 campgrounds and motels, 85 gas stations, 78 emergency medical items and technical assistance, 31 parking spaces and 9 tourist complexes.
