Uzbekistan’s President will pay a working visit to Turkmenistan on May 19-20

Almaty. May 18. Silkroadnews – Uzbekistan’s President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will pay a working visit to Turkmenistan on May 19-20, Trend reports.

During the meetings and negotiations in the city of Turkmenbashi, the parties plan to discuss topical issues of bilateral relations in the political, trade-economic, investment, transport-communication, cultural, humanitarian and other fields, as well as exchange views on the regional and international agenda.

Following the talks of the heads of state it is planned to sign a number of intergovernmental, interdepartmental and other documents aimed at further development of cooperation in various fields.

Within the framework of the visit, the business circles of two countries are also expected to conclude a number of mutually beneficial commercial contracts and agreements.

Sh. Mirziyoyev will visit Turkmenistan at the invitation of Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdimukhamedov.
