Uzbekistan signed $117 million contracts to deliver fruits and vegetables to Russia

Almaty. November 14. Silkroadnews – Uzbekistan has signed fruits and vegetables supply contracts with Russian companies “Agro-Line” and X5 Retail Group to the total amount of $117 million, Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG) informs.
“Now the Uzbek fruits and vegetables will be provided in 53 regions of Russia at more than 7 thousand stores under the brands of “Pyaterochka”, “Perekrestok”, “Carousel” and others”, officials of “Uzagroexport” company noted.
Since the beginning of the year the volume of exports of fresh and processed fruit and vegetable products from Uzbekistan to Russia grew twice.
