Uzbekistan to create mega-holdings for storage, processing and export of cotton

Almaty. November 3. Silkroadnews - Uzbekistan, under the decree of the head of state will create a mega-holdings "Uzpahtasanoateksport" for storage, processing and export of cotton, reported the Uzbek news agency (UzTAG).
Holding will be founded "in order to create a single set of receiving and processing of raw cotton, exports of cotton fiber based on the requirements of the world market, improving the quality and competitiveness of cotton and oil and fat products, as well as the involvement of investments, including foreign ones, for modernization, technical and technological re-equipment, oil and fat enterprises of the republic".
