Vice Prime Ministers of Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan will hold talks on border delimitation on July 3

Dushanbe. June 26. Silkroadnews - Next week, Vice Prime Minister of Tajikistan Murodali Alimardon intends to visit Bishkek for talks on the delimitation and demarcation of the border, according to the Tajik news agency (TajikTA).
"Abdyrakhmanov Mamataliev in the government apparatus of Kyrgyzstan is expected to discuss the issue of the delimitation and demarcation of borders, its defense and security with Vice Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan" - says the publication.
Besides, it is expected to consider the issue of construction of cross-border road Kok-Tash - Ak-Sai - Tamdyk in Batken.
In early June, at a meeting in Dushanbe, vice-premiers of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan exchanged proposals. In particular, the Tajiks have insisted that the Kyrgyz side suspended the construction of the road. However, Kyrgyzstan expressed unequivocal position, stating that the construction of the road will be continued.
