Volume of funds at the banks of Kyrgyzstan make about $423 million
Almaty. February 8. Silkroadnews - The Kyrgyz banks’ volume of funds make about $423 million, which is quite a significant amount, the official representative of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic Raushan Seytkasymova reported according to KyrTAG.
“The entire banking system of Kyrgyzstan, i.e. 24 banks, has about $423 million, not excluding the National Bank. $89 million of them are in cash. The volumes are quite significant,” - said R. Seytkasymova during the press conference on Monday.
She noted, in the previous years the average volumes made about $320-380 million.
“That is now the dollar amounts even higher than we used to have within the banking system,” - said the representative of the National Bank.
She also said that in addition to this the reserves of the National Bank today amount to about $1 billion 700 million of extra funds.
