With the tourist infrastructure of Uzbekistan will be familiarized participants of the session of the UNWTO in Samarkand

Almaty. October 1. Silkroadnews - Samarkand on October 1 opened the 99th session of the Executive Council of the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), sends Uzbek Telegraph Agency (UzTAG).
According to "Uzbektourism"  a session will be attended by heads and representatives of the authoritative tourism organizations, experts, specialists of research centers and institutes from more than 100 countries worldwide.
During the session, participants will consider the development of tourism in the world, UNWTO activities and financial condition of the organization, promoting international cooperation, etc. In addition, delegates will be familiar with the films of historical and cultural heritage, picturesque nature, the tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan, will examine the architectural monuments of Samarkand and Bukhara.
Recall that Uzbekistan joined the World Tourism Organization in 1993. In Samarkand, acting regional office organization to coordinate the development of tourism along the Silk Road.
The 99th session of the UNWTO will last until October 3.
