Almaty. March 5. Silkroadnews - Premier Li Keqiang noted that investment growth in China is sluggish. New areas of active consumption are decreasing, on the international market there is no noticeable positive changes, it became more difficult to ensure sustainable economic growth, there are still risks and dangers in some areas, transmits the agency Xinhua.
According to him, the industrial production prices continue to fall, increasing the cost of factors of production, small and micro-enterprises have financial problems of high cost, it is difficult to conduct business of the industrial and economic activity. Forms of economic development with respect to extensive, undeveloped innovative abilities,have a big problem with excess capacity, the foundation of agriculture remains weak.
In addition, there are a lot of complaints from citizens, social problems such as medical care, a decent old age, housing, transportation, education, income distribution, food safety, public order, etc. In some places, seriously polluted the environment, as well as from time to time there are major accidents.
L.Keqiang noted that the work of the government is still "poor", some policies and measures are not fully implemented. Some acts of corruption are simply amazing, and some officials sit back, hold office, but do not do what is necessary.
"We have to face the mentioned problems to have a quiet life and good order, not to forget about the dangers and confusion. We need to take the responsibility to fulfill our historic mission and to justify the confidence of the people", - said the prime minister.
