Xi Jinping calls to unlock the potential of interregional cooperation between US and China

Almaty. September 23. Silkroadnews - President Xi Jinping in Seattle participated in the III Forum of governors of China and the United States, reported Xinhua news agency.
Xi Jinping stressed that over the past 30 years by means of the support of local governments and the peoples of China and the United States, interstate relations are developing in a positive way. Further development of bilateral relations should be, as before, rely on the local authorities and benefit the residents of each province or state.
Currently, there are opportunities and a broad space for the interregional cooperation of China and the United States. Both sides should seize the opportunities that emerged due to the huge size of the Chinese and US economies, to share the benefits of reform and opening up of the two countries, to unlock the potential of interregional cooperation, and intensify cultural exchanges, to jointly open a new page of interregional cooperation of China and the United States.
