Xi Jinping has called for proper planning of structural reforms on the supply of goods and services

Almaty. January 28. Silkroadnews - President Xi Jinping urged the authorities to develop a focused and specialized plans for structural reform on the supply of goods and services, the Chinese media writes.
“Proper planning is a basis of structural reform on the supply of goods and services, aimed to improve the development performance and implementation under which a priority is given to the interests of the person,” he said at the meeting of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs.
He stressed the importance of large-scale study of the current economic environment, which requires clear goals.
Specifications for the reform tasks, as well as the system of     delineating the responsibility and due performance tracking, are the necessary conditions to achieve the goals established, he added.
Working with such problems as overcapacity, the government relies on the structural reform on the goods and services supply, which essence is to improve the provision of high quality goods and services, as well as reduce costs for business.
The growth of the Chinese economy in 2015 compared with the previous year made 6.9%, which is the lowest level in a quarter of century.
During the meeting, Xi Jinping also stressed the importance of protecting the environment in process of construction of the economic zone on the Yangtze River.
He also stressed the need to protect forests. The tradition of planting trees on a voluntary basis should be continued, we shall start another round to “return the farmland to the forests”, he added.
The head of China called the cities to do more landscaping, pay more attention to national parks for the protection of endangered animals.
The meeting of the Central Leading Group on Financial and Economic Affairs was also attended by Premier of the State Council of the PRC, deputy head of the group, Li Keqiang.
